• Publisher reserves the right to reject any ad which is not in keeping with publication/online standards.

• Errors in listings which do not materially effect the value of advertising are not subject to allowance in billing. Advertiser/client is responsible to notify Women's Resource of any errors and/or ommissions and the correction or edit will be corrected.

•  Changes or alterations to the online listing information may be sent via email to info@womensresourcedirectory.com; membership must be in good standing.

• Advertiser warrants to be owner of and/or is entitled to use copy, cuts, illustrations, and any trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with their online advertisement and assumes liability for all content of ads placed. Advertiser assumes responsibility for any claims arising therefrom and agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against all claims, losses, judgments and damages (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees) which arise from the use or publication of said advertisement.

• Balance due prior to posting online.
